Nano-pigment Digital Printing Inkjet Ink And Its Production Process

(a) Pre-disperse And Grind The Pigment To D90<200 Nanometers According To The Fineness Requirements, And Make Nano-scale Pigment Dispersion Paste;

(b) Mix Humectant, Descaling Agent, Bactericide, Ph Value Control Agent, Surfactant, Deionized Water, And Resin At Normal Temperature, And Fully Stir To Obtain A Mixed Solution;

(c) Adding The Nanoscale Pigment Dispersion Color Paste To The Mixed Solution Prepared In Step (b), And Fully Stirring To Obtain The Mixed Solution;

(d) Standing The Mixed Solution Obtained In The Step (c) For Aging To Obtain An Aging Mixed Solution;

(e) Filtrating The Aging Mixed Solution Obtained In Step (d) Through A Filter Membrane To Obtain The Final Product.

Production Method Of Pigment Inkjet Printed Fabric

(1) Pretreat The Pretreated Fabric And Then Dry It;

(2) Inkjet Print The Pretreated And Dried Fabric With Pigment Ink And Dry It;

(3) Dry The Inkjet Printed Fabric The Final Fabric Is Applied With A Color-fixing Solution, Dried, And Then Baked To Fix The Color. The Color-fixing Liquid Applied In The Step (3) Can Be A Combination Of One Or More Of Adhesives, Softeners, Cross-linking Agents, And Color-fixing Agents. The Application Method Is Spray Application, And The Liquid Retention Rate Is 15-50%.

The Pigment Ink-jet Printing Fabric Processed By The Method Has The Advantages Of Bright Color And High Fastness.

Advantages of pigment ink

1. Waterproof And Very Resistant To Water. Because The Pigment Is Water Resistant, The Printed Or Spray-painted Product Is Also Water Resistant. Even If Anything Printed With Pigment Ink Comes Into Contact With Water, The Ink Will Barely Smudge The Paper.

2. Strong Light Resistance; Does Not Fade Easily. Because Pigment Ink Is Not A Complete Solution, It Is Less Likely To Decompose In The Presence Of Ultraviolet Light Than Dye Ink. Even If The Molecules In The Particle's Outer Layer Decompose, The Inner Layer Retains Its Color. Under Normal Conditions, It Will Last For More Than A Year Without Obvious Fading.

3. More Suitable For Double-sided Printing. Due To The Weak Penetration Of The Pigment Ink On The Medium, When The Printer Sprays The Pigment Ink On The Printing Medium (such As Copy Paper Or Photo Paper, Etc.), It Will Not Spread Like The Dye Ink, So The Back Of The Printed Medium Will Not Appears Obvious Handwriting, More Suitable For Double-sided Printing To Save Printing Costs.

4. The Ink Dries Quickly. Since Pigment Ink Is Not A Complete Solution, The Ink Dries Quickly After Printing. The

5. It Is More Suitable For Printing Documents With Both Pictures And Texts. Pigment Ink Has Relatively Low Requirements On Printing Media. There Is Not A Big Difference Between Printing Pictures On Ordinary Copy Paper And Pictures Printed On Photo Paper. This Is Due To The Advantage That It Is An Incomplete Solution (semi-solution), While Generally, Documents With Rich Pictures And Texts Are Printed On Ordinary Printing Paper Or Copy Paper. Therefore, Pigment Ink Is More Suitable For Printing Such Documents Than Dye Ink. In Addition, Even If Non-printing Paper (such As Very Thin Paper) Is Used As The Printing Medium Of Pigment Ink, It Will Not Wrinkle.

6. The pigment ink colorant is a water-insoluble pigment. It is more suitable for printing black and white documents because it is clear and sharp, has good durability, is waterproof, anti-fading, and has a long storage time. The Printed Text Is Very Clear And Sharp, And It Is Waterproof And Anti-fading, Making The Ink Durable And Can Be Stored For A Longer Period Of Time.

7. To Improve Pigment Adhesion, A Multi-functional Special Polymer Binder Is Used In Pigment Ink. After The Ink Dries, The Binder Forms A Long-lasting Protective Film On The Surface Of The Pigment, Effectively Waterproofing It. Colorants In Pigment Inks Are Typically Highly Crushed Minerals With High Stability, And The Outer Layer Of The Colorants Is Covered With A Resin Layer That Prevents Fading. Fonts Printed Using Pigment Ink Are Therefore Less Likely To Fade Than Those Printed With Dye Ink.

Precautions For Using Pigment Ink

Pigments Are Granular Water-insoluble Coloring Materials; Ink Particles Are Left On The Surface Of The Paper. Because It Is Insoluble In Water, It Is Not Easy To Blur Even If It Gets Wet. In Addition, The Color Is Stable After Printing And Relatively Insensitive To Environmental Factors; The Storage Stability Of Printed Materials Is High. However, It Needs To Be Handled With Care As The Ink May Run When Scratched.
